温度影响下的成品油管道油品批次界面跟踪

Interface tracking to the oil batch of products pipeline under the influence of temperature

  • 摘要: 为了更准确地跟踪成品油管道输送过程中的油品批次界面,建立了考虑管道沿线油品温度变化的油品批次界面跟踪模型,在求解管道沿线油品温度分布的基础上求解批次界面跟踪模型。将此模型应用于西南成品油管道,对比考虑温度影响和未考虑温度影响下油品批次界面跟踪的结果,表明考虑管道沿线温度影响的批次界面跟踪模型更接近于实际情况。建议在进行油品批次界面跟踪时,对管道沿线温度的变化给予关注。

     

    Abstract: In order to more accurately track oil batch interface in the oil products pipeline transportation, an oil batch interface tracking model with consideration of pipeline oil temperature changes is built and solved on the basis of solving oil temperature distribution along the pipeline. This model is used in Southwest Products Pipeline to compare the results of oil batch interface tracking considering temperature effects and those not considering temperature effects. The results show that the batch interface tracking model considering pipeline temperature effects is closer to the actual situation. It is recommended to pay attention to the changes of pipeline temperature for oil batch interface tracking.
