Reason of the current "oil shortage" in China and its solution

In recent years, products oil terminal selling shortage has frequently happened at individual time interval in part of China. "Oil shortage" is not the lack of diesel but a result affected by multiple factors. In allusion to the current "oil shortage" phenomenon and its behavior, the paper deeply analyzes the reasons from the viewpoints of market pricing and supervision mechanism, the characteristic and discrepancy between supplying and demanding, products oil transportation and the securing capability of oil supply. Five measures are then presented to perfect the products oil supplying security systems, including perfecting the products oil pricing mechanism, establishing multiple levels storage hierarchy, establishing fast response mechanism, enforcing the management of supplying end and emphasizing social responsibility and further enhancing effective security capability.
