Construction technique in Chaozhou LPG Freezer of Guangdong Province

  • Chaozhou Huafeng LPG Freezer of Guangdong Province was put into construction with innovated combination techniques. During the project construction, the reinforced geotextile cushion was adopted to treat with the weak base of tank the fire water, as a carrier of heat exchange of propane, was recycled the desalinated sea water was used in corrosion control of device and pipeline propane and butane compressors were put into operation to fit their load and synchronically compress them; based on "split structure" plan, the compressive cushion suitable for low-temperature tank was field manufactured, and tightness testing at 20 kPa gave safety and reliability. As a lowest cost case in inland large-scale LPG freezer construction, the project met the relative specifications and standards at home and abroad.
