Measures in surge control in Santanghu Oil Pipeline

Santanghu Oil Pipeline with tight-line process twice crosses over the Tianshan Mountain, and surge is easy to occur due to the great fall. To effectively control the surge, multiple control measures are adopted, including setting up the power regulating valve to control pressure, installing pressure relief valve and lead protection against the surge for the whole pipeline based on the actual running condition of the oil pipeline.
