Abstract
The set point of oil transported in Huatugou-Golmud Oil Pipeline was up to 33.5 ℃, and the initial throughput of the Pipeline was around 200×104 t/yr. An analysis on increasing the annual throughput to 400×104 t was made by taking the operation parameters and the running of pumps and heaters of every pump station into account. Regarding the inlet oil temperature of 42 ℃ for Dawusi Pump Station as a computation principle, the outlet oil temperature of each station was calculated under the conditions of nonheating operation and heating operation in winter and summer, and meanwhile the running of heater was determined through the computation of heater's power. Based on the viscosity-temperature curve of crude oil, the kinematic viscosity of crude oil in different interstations was obtained by calculation. According to the performance curve of pump, the performance curve of pump at parallel-connected pumps was drawn. The frictional loss and running of pump in each Station were understood by means of calculating the inlet and outlet pressure of each station.
