Design and software development of total technology scheme for hot oil pipeline

  • Total technology scheme design is a core work for the design of oil transportation pipeline. Process level and economy of pipeline construction projects are most determined by the choice of different design schemes. Taking the practicability as a starting point for software development and the minimum current total cost in the period of system calculation as an objective function, the mathematical model for optimal technology scheme design is established for hot oil pipeline and solved by multilevel hierarchical method. The software for technology scheme design of heating oil transportation pipelines (OILINE) is developed based on the above optimization model and method. This software has good interactive design function. Taking the Shanshan-Lanzhou Oil Pipeline in West Crude Oil Pipeline as an example, the results compared with actual technology scheme show that the software can provide effective help for the technology design of oil transportation pipeline.
