Analysis on the Energy Saving of Tight Line Transportation Technology in Jianghe Multi-purpose Station

Jianghe Multi-purpose Station, located at Zhongyuan Oilfield, undertakes oil transportation as its major task. With complicated transportation process, the oil to be transported should be systematically treated by three-phase separator, steady heater, oil stabilizer, stabilizer-bottom pump, oil tank, pipeline pump and pipe-line heater, and then to the next station. The problem in high energy consumption and low work efficiency exist during this process. To deal with the problem, some measures to enhance the overall efficiency of transportation system with tight line transportation way are put forward.
