Crossover Design on Iron Slurry Pipeline in Mountain Area

In this paper, the crossover design of the slurry pipeline from Jianshan-Taiyuan (total length 102 km) is introduced in detail. Because the landscape along the pipeline route is very complicated, the design scenario on the pipeline bridges with suspension steel and suspension cable (without bridge pier) as well as tunnels has been determined. The actual operation of the pipeline shows that the crossover design of the pipeline is successful.
