Technical Reform to the Oil Loading System and Its Economic Analysis

The technical reform plan of oil loading system in Korla-Shanshan tank farm is introduced. The technical reform project includes increasing a gravity flow system to the oil loading system. This technical reform not only meets the needs of rail oil loading, but also protects the loading e-quipments and saves the operation costs, which increases the safety of oil loading system.
