Storage and Transportation Technology on Orimulsion

Orimulsion is a new kind of economic fuel. Being different physical property with the ordinary oils, the influence factors like temperature, shear, pressure drop and so on to orimulsion have to be considered in the process design, storage/transportation, and combustion, and meanwhile, some measures to maintain its stability have to be taken in order to ensure the safe operation of orimulsion pipeline. The paper introduces in detail the storage/transportation methods of orimulsion and some problems to be paid attention to during the process, and describes the storage and transportation technology of orimulsion with a case.
