Analysis and Control of Preheating Temperature for Fuel Oil of Heat Medium Heater

Controlling the preheating temperature for fuel oil of heat Medium heater is a key to increase the efficiency and stable operation of heater, also a way to save energy and reduce loss. Taking CE-NATCO heat medium heaters used in Dongying, Shouguang, and Changyi pump stations of Dongying-Huangdao oil pipeline as an example, the paper analyzes and calculates the required temperature range of Shengli crude oil and Qingdao residual oil as the fuel of heaters.
