A Technique of Heat Conducting Oil Regeneration and Heat Medium Heater Flushing

  • A kind of patent technique of heat conducting oil regeneration and heat medium heater flushing are recommended. Their characters are making the regeneration of heat conducting oil and flushing of heat medium heater alternatively. The abandoned heat conducting oil is distilled at the production field by a travelling device, separated the deteriorated component from the oil, then is carried out into the production system to rinse the heater. The oil flushed heater is distilled again and depressed acid value, then enters into the production system. The technique and device are simple. Flusing a heat medium heater and regenerating the heat conducting oil can be completed in a week. The final cost is greatly depressed than any technique because there is no cleaning agent. It is concluded that the quality of regenerated heat conducting oil is better than the new oil after the high temperature cracking contrast test at 350-370 ℃, the aging test at 300℃, the oxidized test, and after the experiment imitating the operating state at the highest permit temperature (300 ℃) for one and half years.
