Technical Matters in Golmud—Lhasa Products Pipeline

Many technical matters arise in Golmud—Lhasa products pipeline, including seriously aged coating of the pipeline, fail in cathodic protection system, serious weld defects inside pumping stations'pipelines, malmanagement in the places of highway and/or river crossing, heavy harm to the pipeline's safety from the severe winter and ephemeral flood, and deteriorated ecologic environment. Some countermeasures against these matters are proposed.
