Evaluation on relational expression of hydraulic frictional resistance coefficient between gas and liquid of multi-phase flow

  • Narrates calculating equations of hydraulic frictional resistance coefficient of 9 kinds of gas/liquid phase given by present document, compares and evaluates relational expressions with experimental data and operational data from production pipeline. Conclusion shows that mean relative error of the relational expression's extreme value get from liquid phase coefficient is larger than that of the standard, which is not applicable for a wider scope of work condition. Error of calculation results from Andritsos & Hanrrity relational expression, Bake relational expression and Laurinat relational expression are smaller than actual error, therefore it is recommended that the three equations are used as calculating equation of hydraulic frictional resistance coefficient between multi-phases.
