An observation device for loop pipe circulating flow

  • Introduces a kind of liquid pipeline flow observation device. It uses a field effort to drive the liquid to flow circularly in a loop pipeline by means of a non-contact way. Through the whole process of observation, the liquid never get out of the pipeline all along, therefore the pipeline's flow history is not changed, which realizes simulating and observing the flow of an actual oil transport pipeline for long time and in long distance in a limited length of testing pipeline at will, thus meets the requirement of memorable liquid pipeline flow experiment, the device provides a new test measuring means especially for the flow experiment of such non-Newton fluid pipeline as waxed crude oil. The velocity measuring scope of the device is between 40-6000mPa·s, testing sample amount used is 550ml, with high temperature control precise and infinitely variable speed function and no light component losses basically during the observation.
