Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on technical condition of vertical dome roof oil tanks

Establishes a comprehensive evaluation quota system for vertical dome roof tank's technical state, analyzes its constitutional characteristics and puts forward a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for oil tanks technical state evaluation as well as its evaluation method. Puts oil tank's technical state at many oil depots in order and introduces a method using level analysis method to determine each factor weight and makes an actual case analysis.
