Quality control in the production of spiral pipes

Quality control of the spiral pipes produced by Kuwait Metal Steel Plant (KMPI) accords strictly with quality control program and quality plan. Taking 588×8.48 mm for example, introduces a complete package of quality control program in production process of steel roll, pipe's formation and outer welds, ultrasonic inspection, pipe cutting and test of mechanical property, first visual inspection, defect examination and repair requirement, ray inspection, hydraulic test, and final examination and marking.
