Makes analysis on economic operation of Gela oil pipeline. Major effective factors are: ① low throughput in operation; ② pump set are not in best efficient area; ③ quantity control, regulating valve consumes much energy due to too much regulation and throttle loses too much; ④ floating tank "filling evaporation losses"; ⑤ short of equipment and management.
