Improvement upon gasifying process for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG)

  • As North China is cold in winter, with lower temperature, forced gasified LPG by heating is liable to be secondary liquefied and is unavailable to be used as fuel gas, furthermore, the liquid generated will accumulate in low-lying point and block pipeline. This becomes a key problem hindering the development of LPG to be transported by pipeline in northern part. According to the problem, by analyzing two methods of isothermal heat tracing insulation and reducing dew point temperature of liquefied gas separately, puts forward an approach that LPG should be mixed with certain amount of air at LPG gasifying station and gas - liquid separator at gasifying station should be eliminated to raise gasifying station's overall economic benefit and promote a development of LPG gasifying station in northern part.
