Talking about China's developing countermeasures from an analysis on external LPG market

Analyzes situations of external LPG market from social factors, buyer's market and seller's market. China is the third LPG consumer second only to Japan and South Korea and it becomes one of the fastest LPG consumers in the world. By 2000, China's LPG throughput will reach about 480×10⁴~560×10⁴ t, short of 650×10⁴~760×10⁴t; by 2005, still short of 1 250×10⁴~1 430×10⁴t. The article puts forward countermeasures for developing China's LPG: establishing state storage, developing internal sales network, promoting design and construction of LPG storage & transportation engineering, using district oil product pipeline for LPG transportation.
