Technical and economic problems in large-scaled fixed-roof oil tank

The article discusses a necessity for construction of large-scaled fixed-roof oil tank. Fine economic property is a direct reason for the development of large-scaled fixed-roof oil tank, analyzes a constitution of the cost in metal oil tank's construction, discussions are made on the aspects of, with examples, oil tank' s building steel, land utilization, various cost index, supplementary engineering cost and operation cost. It is pointed out that enlarging oil tank's capacity will reduce the cost of construction and operation in engineering project and increase investment efficiency and economic efficiency.
