ZSBP Shuttle-type Rupturing Protection Device

  • The paper presents ZSBP shuttle-type rupturing protection device which is characterized by low cost, adjustable response speed, tight closing, good seal, low flow resistance, unlimited mounting direction and environment in comparison with linkage emergency cut-off valve for gas and fluid. If necessary, a pigging equipment may be provided. The valve core is made of stainless steel. It follows that the valve has long service life, safety and security performances. As soon as the fluid explosive accident of the fluid delivery pipe takes place, ZSBP shuttle-type rupturing device installed at advanced position of the delivery pipe will shut down automatically and prevent fluid from flowing to the accident position, acting as protection. It has been demonstrated that the design specifications are satisfied through a service of simulation experiments.
