The Interface of Optical Fibre Communication with SCADA System in Korla-Shanshan Oil Pipeline

  • The paper introduces the basic characteristics of Korla-Shanshan oil pipeline, composition of the SCADA, features of the interface (the mechanical, electrical, functional and protocol properties). The demand of the SCADA for communication interface of point, to point communication mode is 64Kbps of synchronous mode, and for communication interface of point to multipoint communication mode is 1200bps of asynchronous mode. According to this demand and the feature of interface, the interface of the optical fibre communication system with SCADA of Korla-Shanshan oil pipeline is V. 35 in point to point commucica-tion mode, and is V. 28/V. 24 in point to multipoint communication mode.
