Study of Processing Scheme of Rich Gases from Crude Oil Stabilizer

  • To decrease the waste of the oil-gas resources, and make use of the small flow, low pressure and distributing gases, the paper has carried out the research of the methods of recovering light hydrocarbons about the rich gases from crude oil stabilizer. By technological calculation and a great deal of parametric contrast, a reasonable scheme of recovering light hydrocarbons from the rich gases is proposed. It is to say, when the liquefied rate of propane is more than 80 %, the reusable enhancing pressure is 0.8~1.8 MPa. The reasonable condensation temperature is -10~-30℃, when the enhancing pressure is equal to 0. 8 MPa, the rational refrigeration temperature is -20℃.
