A Study on the Energy Saving of Oil Pipeline System

Based on the theory of thermal equilibrium and exergy equilibrium, the energy consumption of-the oil pipeline system has been analyzed. It is pointed out that adopting the heating-electricity incorporation method must follow the certain principles, including "on or off" the power based on the heating, heating the oil with coal and the economic scale. The paper describes the heating-electricity incorporation mehod. Through the economic analysis and evaluation on the three operation conditions of pipeline system, it is considered that the method is reasonable in economy.
