Development and Application for SO₄ Coating Material

The key component of SO₄ coating material is consisted of polyurethane resin and some paraffin-phober additives. The study on the coating material has been made on basic material selection, additive and solution analysis, performance test and field application. The test results show that the SO₄ presents a excellent physical-mechanical performance, chemical resistance, and/or paraffin control performance, it can prevent wax crystal from adsorbing on the surface of pipe and pumping rod.
