A Method to Treat Tank Base Settlement

The bottom plate of tank stored oil product fractured caused by non-uniform settlement. Based on the geologic survey, a method to treat the settlement is adopted in order to improve the loaded condition of bottom plate; that is, grouting the void between the bottom plate and tank foundation. The treating process including grout, grouting method and construction monitoring are introduced.
