Analysis on the Operational Failures of Heat Medium Heater

Although the Heat medium heater has a high heat efficiency, safety and reliability, yet the poor operational conditions, low quality components, excessively complicated controls and protections and more trouble points will make the heater misstop and start difficult. In the light of these shortcomings, some counter-measures are proposed in order to simplify the operation control, that is, training the operaters, replacing the unqualified primary instruments and components, merging or reducing the protection points, increasing its availability.
