The Only Way to Modernize the Management in Oil Transportation Enterprises——To Strengthen the Management in the Operation and Technology

The rigorous requirements in modernization menagement have been proposed for the oil transportation enterprises with unceasing perfection of the socialist market economy. In the paper, the current situations of management in the operation and technology of oil transportation enterprises are introduced, and the relationships between the management of operation and technology and the management level of the enterprises, which impact the economecal benefits of the enterprises are analyzed. It is considered that to obtain the economical benefits for the oil transportation enterprises is to rely on strengthening the management in the operation and technology, the measures to be taken include: ① reasonable input-output ratio; ② high quality renovation and modification projects; ③ cost-effective oil transportation; ④ quaified management staffs. Meanwhile, some suggestions on how to strengthen the management in the operation and technology are put forward in the paper.
