The Measurement of Scientific Improvement in Oil and Gas Transportation and Rate of Contribution

  • In the growth of economy, the content of science and technology progress (STP) refers to the ratio between STP and output amplitude (OPA). The ratio of SPT refers to as the ratio between relative growth and output growth. The article introduces some relevant formula used by foreign countries to determine the contribution rate of STP and analyzed the method used by petroleum enterprises. In order to study the content of SPT and contribution rate in oil and gas pipeline transportation industry, the article analyzes specialties of pipeline enterprise of which transportation quantity is constrained by oil reservation and output. The transportation quantity and flow direction are controlled by competent authorities, so a group of math model has been estabished for determining content of STP contribution rate. Some relevant data and documentation are calculated of which conclusion can be used to concretely reflect the affect of SPT of pipeline transportation in economy growth.
