Management of Pipeline Patrolling

A major reform to the pipeline patrolling system had been made by Huadong Oil Transportation Administration, all the patrolmen employed in the locality were dismissed, and the pipeline patrolling now is undertaken by the patrolmen' of the company. The patrolling completed and some causes influencing the patrolling are introduced since the reform measures puttig into practice last year. Improvement suggestions are set forth by the comparison between the patrolling work done by the employees and the patrolmen through analyzing the pros and cons.
