Abstract
It is of significance to study the affact on liquid movement caused by the surface moisture of a solid object in engineering practice and theoretical research. Analysis is done on the measurement of Newtonious Fluid viscosity coefficient, speed profile, experiments on hydraulic friction in a pipeline, the typical movement of the formation of pearls and film on the inclined plane, etc. All the experiments show that no movement caused by sliding is found on the surface of a solid object except that no high density polymer liquid is clearly seen. But on the contrary, it is proved that no measurable affact is seen caused by surface moisture indicating that the sliding movement of a liquid flow can be negalected. It is a correct definition that no sliding movement accurs when a liquid moves along the surface of a solid object. Discussed also in the paper is the significance of Maxwell-Knudsen Theory. The scientists gave a very valuable summary on the main mechanism, which is of very important for qualitative analysis on the surface sliding movement, quantitative analysis and verification experiments.
