Leak Detection of Underground Oil Pipeline with Adoption of the Iodine 131 Tracing Technique

The paper introduces an experts' technical service project controlled by the international nuclear energy organization, which is the leak detection of a 300mm size underground fuel pipeline with adopting the tracing method of iodine 131 isotope in Sri Lanka. The process of leak detection has shown that this technique has many advantages for the leak detection of underground pipeline.
