Controlling Method of Pumps in Parallel for Close-line Oil Transportation

Based on the most existed pipelines operating in parallel in China, it is better to control pumps in parallel in order to do the renovation for safty and energy saving and to do the accomplishment for close-line operation. Taking Tie-Qin Oil Pipeline as an example, the following control method has been reviewed in the fields of positioning, controlling and sellecting those valves installed at pump discharge side and protecting inside pump station, etc.
