In flowing process of oil product, because of the action of static magnetic field, the leaking current of piping will be increased and the conductivity rate of oil product will be enhanced, thus decreasing the static current accumulation of oil product and achieving the purpose of static current elimination. Such method has the characteristics of current elimination both for the general current eliminators and the anti-static current additives.
