Application of SF₆ High Pressure Breaker at 35kV Electric Sub-station

With its special thermo-chemical property and its notable negative character of SF₆ gas, SF₆ high pressure breaker utilizes the gas-pressed type arc suppressing structure to produce strong arc suppressing force with contacting reaction between SF₆ gas molecule and electric arc. By the comparison of oil type breakers, this new one is more flexible and safe in operation and requires no overhaul quite often.
