Application of Computer in the Management of Oil and Gas Pipeline Engineering Network Planning

The network planning technology is a scientific method for management in such a way of network diagram that showing the whole plan, sellecting the optimized solution, organizing and controlling the construction progress and the cost for the achievement of preset target. With application of computer technology and scientific calculating method, the paper solves the problem of practical application of critical path in network technology. It has also made an initial attempt to apply the network planning in the management of oil and gas pipeline engineering.
