Design and Practice of Grounding Pole in the Test of Restarting Pipeline Contained Gelled 0il by Way of DC Electric Heating

The article introduces DC electric heating method adopted in the lest of restarting pipeline contined gelled oil and puts forward the calculating for mula of grounding pole resistance, its structural patten and the selecting prineiple of soil resistivity parameter。Based on the practice and the field testing data for a 6.5km gelled pipeline, it has been proved that this method is applicable in technique and sets up a new way for dealing with restarting long distance pipeline contained gelled oil.
