Application and Practice of Comprehensive Electric Heating Method for Viscous Oil at Tank Farm

Based on the comprehensive electric heating method for viscous oil practically applied at tank farm, this paper introduces those electric heating methode and units used in vertical and horizontal oil tankgs, pipings and railway oil tankers for viscous oil system. It also analyzes the properties in tests and makes some progressive suggestions for the future development of electric heating technology.
