The Detection of Electric Leakage on Insulation Frange and Pipeline by The Method of Inner pipe Current

The electric leakage existing on the sections of pipes and franges will severely affect normal operation of cathotic devices of pipelines. In order to dispose of the problems first of all is to have a detect method of electric leakage and analysis of data. In the paper it is introduced the method and requirement to decide leakage by inner pipe current. An excellent effect was obtained in the field application.
