Analysis on Directly Towing of Floating Pipeline

This paper, based on analysing the state that floating offshore pipeline is directly pulled, put forward a kind of analysis and calculation model, and used the Chebychev polynomial as trial function, determinated a high-order non-linear differential-integral equation by means of method of weighted Residuals and get the approximate solution. Finally, the determinating, method of pulling parameters is shown by an example when the floating pipeline is directly pulling.
