Abstract
The transportation of residue oil from refinery plant is investigated by using two adjacent immisible liquid flow concept. The resid in the form of laminarly flowing core is jacketed by a low viscous fluid which flows laminarly and eccentrically around the resid core in a pipe. The results obtained proved to be an economic method for residue oil transportation. The selected factors that effect the flow system are discussed.
