Pipelining Blended Crude Oil by Application of Pour Point Depressant in Ma-Hue and Hong-Hue Lines

  • The article studeies the experiments in two kinds of crude oil are blended in transportation by applying the pour point depressant in two pipelines. The results indicates that the blended oil under the action of pour point depressant has better stability both static and dynamic. It is through repeated experiments to find out the approptiate amount to be added, the relationship between oil temperature and the bending ratio of one kind of oil to the other, and at the same time discovers that 70℃ is the desired temperature for recovery of the two kinds of crude oil.
