The Characteristics of Sheng-Bei High Pour Point Crude Oil

  • The article discusses the physics, the mobility and the characteristics of T-V relation and theology of Shen-Bei high pour point crude oil based on the test in laboratory. It puts forward that the T-V relation of Sheng-10 well is shown by fodmula μ=exp(A+B·t+C·t2), the T-V relation of An-74 well is shown by formula μ=A·exp(B/T)and the shearing sress-rate of shear relation of Sben-Bei high ponr point crude oil is shown by formula R = Ro +K·Drn. It suggests that the temperature of transporting Shen-Bei high pour point crude oil by pipeline be 5 ℃ higher than the temperature of pour point. Such pipelines should be insulated to reduce heat lose andprevent accidents. Shen-10 and An-74 should be tranported at the optimum blending.rate of 8 : 2.
