Remedy measures should be taken against any possible dangers for former utilitives in oil storage. the fire preventive space between oil storage and nearby buildings, any of which are not in accordance to the coderequirement. On the other hand, operaters must be technically trainpd and those unqualified are not allowed to be on post; anyone should observe the rules and regulations of operation; fire fighters should be ready and on guard all the time, and fire equipment maintained and put into use periodically, These are all for the same aim, safety.
