Lecture on Finite Element Method (Ⅳ)

Finite element has been broadly applied in solid and structure mechanics, and the principle of least potential energy is used in this chapter to work out the equation of equilibrium, with a finite element elastic analysis of one-dimension and two-dimention problems.
