The present shifting method in which flow meters are used to measure the amount of crude oil are analysed and compared with the international standard in the article which lays stress on the advantages of the method, which use the flow meter coofieient to calculate the amount of oil, and presenre adjustment, Suggestion is made as to the anthority given to prove flow meters.
