A New Isoparametric Pipe Elbow Elerment-Non-Linear Analysis

The non-linear analysis of the elbow strength of pipeline is an important research subject. By use of the new and effective Four-Node Isoparametric pipe elbow element of the finite element method, the geometrically and materially non-linear problems of elbow are analysed, deriving the non-linear strain-displacement matrix and the elasto-plastic matrix of the non-linear material.
