The Macrocosmic Economic Effect of Bringing the Daqing Oil Delivery Network Under unified Administration

The present administrating system of Daqing oil delivery network, the article alleges, is of multiheaded management subjectivly divided by men, which runs counter against the characteristics and objective law in oil delivery, seriously affecting the economic result and making a waste of oil and electric power. Based on the experiences in oil transportation, the article sets forth the unified administrating system in accordance to the inherent law of oil delivery network, which cuts off the unnecessary administrative division so as to save thousands of tons of oil and millions of kilowatts of electricity for the state.
