A few problems in engineering design of crossing downstream of reservoir

The paper points out that attention should be given, in design of crossing engeneering downstream of reservoir, to such factors as flood relief at dams, water washing, banks topography, flood peak value, etc. so as to fix the span and depth of buried pipelines.
